Agiled.app is a powerful CRM and Project management tool which has almost all of the CRM’s core functionalities. This system was not just complex to manage, since we used multiple applications and complex API integrations; it was also too expensive, as most of them charge on a per user basis. Thanks to Agiled.app now I’m able to manage almost all my company activities in one place.

Agiled.App Vs Salesforce Vs Zoho CRM

Though Salesforce is highly customizable and has options for a lot of API and Native integrations, it is way too complicated and expensive if you need any customizations. You need to hire a full-time Salesforce admin to maintain data quality, running backups, etc. As a business owner, it takes a lot of time to learn and understand all the processes in Salesforce as it is an ocean. If you’re a small company that does not have a dedicated sales or marketing team may not need such a complex but powerful solution as Salesforce.

Zoho CRM is promoted as the least expensive CRM on the market with a rich feature set. So let’s do the math… They charge you annually based on a per-user per-month basis and not based on groups of 5–10 users. As of today (23/Oct/2020) the pricing is $12/user/month for their basic or standard plan. If you have 10 members in your team, you will end up paying 10 x $12 x 12months = $1440 which is expensive when compared with the Agiled.app’s 1-year Appsumo deal at $249.

Moreover, you need to integrate it with ZohoOne for paper-based processes and other legacy tools which they charge an additional $30/employee/month.

Being a Salesforce and Zoho CRM user and after having used the Agiled.app for almost a week, I would highly recommend this power-packed CRM which is super-friendly to use to anyone who owns a small or medium-sized business.

What I personally like about Agiled.app

Integrations — They have multiple connectors in Zapier and Integromat, via which you can create sophisticated API integration and automate several workflows if you use your creativity. I wish you could get native integration with Mailchimp soon.

QuickSearch — It lets me quickly search anything inside Agiled.app. It searches for the keywords in employees, products, customers, leads, tasks, and projects; making it much easier for me to find something almost instantly.

Multi-currency — If you have to fetch payments from more than 1 currency, this is great because I can change the currency in the invoicing section.

Proposals & Invoicing made so easy with their pre-designed templates.

Online payments — You can integrate it with Paypal, stripe and Razor pay. It enables the customers to make a payment right through the invoice by just a click of a button.

Custom Branding — they enable you to add cname record and use your own branded url and company logo which eventually increases your brand credibility among your customers and employees.

Slack Notifications — Since Slack is a channel we use for all team communications, this native integration is very useful to get things done quickly.
